    • I will be responsible for all repayments as per the agreed instalment plan, including any repayments facilitated via ZipMoney.
    • Any late payments or defaults may be reported to relevant credit authorities under my name, and this may affect my credit history.
    • This declaration does not constitute a legal transfer of enrolment but confirms my financial commitment.

    Furthermore, I acknowledge and agree that:

    • Refunds will be processed in accordance with Traxion Training’s Refund Policy in Student Handbook. Any refunds issued will be made to the original payer and only under the terms outlined in the policy.
    • I understand and accept Traxion Training’s commitment to protecting student and payer privacy. Information will only be shared in accordance with the Privacy Policy and relevant privacy laws.
    • There is no guarantee that the student will successfully complete the course or achieve a qualification. Student success depends on individual effort, compliance with course requirements, and progression through the course process.
