Meet the Team
|Hayley Lambert – Workplace Trainer
Hayley Lambert has worked in the Early Childhood industry for the past 19 years in a range of positions, including as a preschool teacher, centre director and senior director assisting to manage multiple centres.
She holds a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and has taught extensively in the classroom and the workplace.
|Bronwyn Reid – Workplace Trainer
Bronwyn has dedicated 26 years to the Early Childhood industry. She began her career in 1991 starting out as an assistant in a long day care service. She has a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Studies) and Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.
Bronwyn is very passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience about quality pedagogy and practices with students and staff working in children’s education and care settings.
|Summer Woolf – Workplace Trainer
Summer has had a career in the Early Childhood sector for 21 years. For the past 8 years Summer has been in a teaching role, delivering the Certificate III and Diploma in both the workplace and classroom delivery.
Summer loves to share her passion, knowledge and practical experience with her students to ensure they gain the skills and knowledge to be the best Educator they can be.
|Paul Smith – Relationship Manager
Paul holds 15 years’ experience within the Vocational Education and Training sector. As our Client Relationship Manager, Paul’s knowledge covers a wide range of benefits for our employers and students as their ‘TRUSTED ADVISOR’. Providing accurate detail on apprenticeship and traineeship legislation, eligibility and access to state government funded programs, Paul is the ultimate wealth of knowledge employers and students need to maximise and navigate the training sector in Queensland.
Paul’s previous experience also includes workforce development capability, having worked with Industry skills councils and national industry bodies as a skills advisor. He has been a strong advocate of quality, affordability and real on the job assessments for the Early Childhood sector.
