“I would like to offer some feedback about our recent phone assessments with David Stennett (Assessor for Pool and Spa Courses).

In total 4 of us sat through what each of us thought would be a gruelling couple of hours. Two in particular were quite reluctant to participate. David had the ability to approach each of us in a manner, putting each of us at ease so he could gather the responses to complete our assessment. He kept the interview constantly moving in the right direction while engaging us with what we thought was light business talk when in fact he was getting us to answer the questions.

At the conclusion all four of us felt that we had had a friendly chat with a work colleague about business.
